Embodied Yoga and Movement is for starseed and old soul women desiring to shut their minds off and tune into their body for a visceral and liberating experience. Part yoga, part intuitive movement, this class is not about getting into perfect asanas but rather the inner experience cultivated through undulatory movements, moving meditation and expansive breathwork. Clear Channel Movement is a class that will bring you back home to yourself again and again. And has been crafted to clear your channels so you can more deeply embody your sacred essence WHILE downloading the cosmic codes of your higher self and beyond. This class is suitable for all levels, is 60 minutes long and held weekly on zoom.
