Service Description

Soma sessions are for women that have been disconnected from their body + sacred essence and are desiring to restore the connection with their most sacred, radiant and sensual Self. Within the session you will be guided you to into the messages of your body. This is a highly experiential session where we work with a variety of somatic practices. We'll go over what’s going on in your life, touching on the main themes and choose one to focus the session on that is currently the most relevant. In general, Soma sessions are designed to reconnect you, attune you to your sacred essence and a deeper state of embodiment. One where you feel centered, at peace and aligned with your sacred frequency ie magnetic and tapped into your juicy sensuality + creative genius. I help you... 🦋FACILITATE ENERGETIC CLEARINGS So you can release energy that has been holding you back (yours, an ex, a job, a past situation, etc) and move on with your life (and create space for the new + desired to come in). 🦋RELEASE HEAVY EMOTIONS (thru movement + bw) So you can be unburdened by emotional overwhelm and come into emotional mastery ie. not allowing your emotions to rule your life (hello, triggers) but rather inform you in helpful ways. 🦋REPROGRAM NERVOUS SYSTEM + SUBCONSCIOUS So you can expand your capacity to hold more in life and create new, desired realities without being held back by limiting beliefs. New baseline 🦋RECONNECT TO YOUR BODY So you can feel safe and at home within yourself, and connect to your bodily wisdom, creative expression and sensuality.
