Service Description

SOMA sessions are for women looking to reconnect to their body and sacred essence after times of change, prolonged stress, addiction, or in other words, emerging from a dark night of the Soul. SOMA's are for women desiring to embody their light, their intuition, their sensuality and ultimately, their sovereignty. You will have an opportunity to both identity and release what is no longer serving you and connect to, in an intuitive and body-based process, the iteration of Self you are longing to experience. Part embodied movement, and part mentorship, you will come away from this transformative session with an embodied, feminine movement practice to come back to again and again. You will also receive Venusian Embodied Recovery practices to incorporate into your day to day life to strengthen your connection to your body and sacred essence with deep devotion to Self. To further support your Becoming, you will have two weeks of access via Telegram to connect with me to ask questions and have support on your journey for even deeper integration of your session and subsequent transformation.
